SERVICE RATES
Priority 1
We have efficient working relationships with these machine manufacturers. Technical assistance, parts & manuals are readily available. We are factory trained allowing us to service this group better. These machines receive top priority and have lower response times.
Priority 2
We have non-direct working relationships with these machine manufacturers. We work through other distributors to source non-inventory items to provide solutions. We have a large network that allows us to fix many machines, unfortunately when we are not direct to manufacturer we are less efficient and parts cost more.
Priority 3
If manuals, schematics & suitable technical assistance are provided, the machine will be charged as a Class 2. All other machinery will be billed as Class 3. Parts for these machines will have longer lead times and are priced higher. Response times for this group are delayed & some jobs may be declined.
